On December 11, Dr. Carlos Morales, a traumatologist specializing in hand surgery, presented the joint work he has done with Plan 3D at the 41st Brazilian Congress of Hand Surgery. In this instance, the presentation was entitled: “3D Planning in Hand Surgery”.
In this presentation, the professional talked about the history of 3D planning and design in Hand Surgery, what is currently being done in the world and finally, what is being done in Chile with Plan 3D.
Among the works performed by this team, the 3D surgical guide for scaphoid surgery and 3D surgical guide for radius fracture correction stand out.
