Last month, our Director, Carolina Chávez was invited to participate in an important cocktail party for the visit of Ambassador Gina Abercrombie-Winstanley, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer (CDIO) of the U.S. Department of State.
In this instance, the ambassador was welcomed, who came to reaffirm the commitment to promote inclusion and diversity between the governments of Chile and the United States.
Support for inclusive entrepreneurship is one of the focuses of its management, especially those led by women, as is the case of Plan 3D.
It is worth mentioning that our Director was chosen as “Young Leader of the Americas Initiatives 2022” by the U.S. Government, which is why she is part of an important support network in the U.S. entrepreneurship ecosystem. This has allowed the positioning of Plan 3D in that country, being recognized as one of the most innovative start-ups in America.
At the event, we were also able to share with other entrepreneurs who are making a great impact, as well as connect with people from the world of politics and communications.
For the Plan 3D team it is a great pride to be able to participate in these instances and be recognized by the U.S. Government as an inclusive company.
